Whilst
all due care has been taken to make the accommodation
and its surroundings safe, we accept no liability
for any accidents or personal injury to any party
members whilst they are resident at the property.
The rental
fees include the cost of water, heating, electricity,
bed linen & towel hire.
The rental
period is from Sunday to Sunday. Guests are welcome
to arrive after 2pm on the first Sunday. Checkout
time is at 10am on the last Sunday.
A non
refundable deposit of £100 per week is required
within 7 days of making a telephone reservation.
During this time the booking will be held provisionally.
On receipt of the cleared deposit funds, the booking
will be confirmed. If the deposit funds are not
cleared within this time, the booking will be cancelled
and the property will become available for booking.
The rental
balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the
booking period.
A refundable
security deposit of £100 per week to cover
breakage and excess cleaning will be required by
the Property Management in Morzine and returned
on departure.
On cancellation
of the booking more than 6 weeks before the start
of the holiday, the rental party will not be required
to pay the remainder of the rental fees. The full
rental fees are not refundable should the booking
be cancelled within 6 weeks of the start of the
holiday.
No smoking
is allowed anywhere on the property.
Pets
are not allowed.
Guests
are responsible for taking out their own comprehensive
holiday insurance for themselves and their belongings.
